Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with what you get. If you’re on the fence about color or style, order samples before you commit — it’s genuinely the best way to know how these bricks will look in your specific space.

Online Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within seven days of delivery, as long as the product comes back undamaged. Return shipping is on you, as is the original outbound shipping cost. There’s also a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

Cancel before we ship and there’s a 5% fee — that covers credit card processing, which we can’t get back.

Cancel after we’ve already shipped and we’ll deduct both directions of shipping plus the 20% restocking fee from your refund.

The brick needs to be in the same condition it arrived in, and you’ll need proof of purchase to be eligible.

Damaged Products:
Look everything over when your shipment arrives. If something’s off — damaged, wrong, defective — reach out right away and we’ll figure out what to do.

Shipping damage does happen. Here’s how to handle it:

Option 1: If the damage is visible when it shows up, don’t accept the delivery and don’t sign for it. The carrier will send it back to us, we’ll file the claim, and we’ll get you a replacement.

Option 2: If you notice damage but accept the delivery anyway, write down everything you see on the delivery receipt and make sure both you and the driver sign it. Without that documentation, we can’t file a claim on your behalf — so this step matters.

Didn’t notice the damage until after the driver left? Take photos and email them to aaron@mm-tile.com within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days, we’re outside the window to file with the shipping company and there’s nothing we can do.

Exceptions
We can’t take back sale items or anything that was custom cut to order.

Refunds
Once we receive the product back in original, undamaged condition, we’ll issue the refund. The 20% restocking fee and shipping costs in both directions come out of that amount.
